This Mentorship program is likely to make a positive difference in someone's life. It will be the bridge that connects the Cadet's (mentee) with the Rimcollians (Experts) to enable mold future leaders and building a lifetime relationship within the fraternity. The specialists in their field will be the pathfinders for the future generation and help them easily tred their journey of professionally.
The espirit-de-corps of the RIMCOLLIANS is a well established fact known beyond the frontiers. Where we may need to indulge is to interact with our future generation by guiding them to help align to their goals and influence professional growth of the mentee. Interaction with the cadets reveals that most of them grope in the dark when they need to choose their careers in either of the services. Like other students, its either by reading on the internet, knowledge at the school or peer-learning through those with service background. Similarly, for those who are young in service may also interact with the seniors and seek professional guidance.
